They should inform you that they will be paying by redeeming Chula Points. Once a User redeems a selected amount of Chula Points, a screen will appear confirming the Chula Point redemption.
As a final step, ask the user to show you or a staff member the confirmation screen on the Choose Chula app. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the Chula Points redemption and your updated balance.
