If your business is included in an active reward offer on Choose Chula, Users that make Qualifying Purchases at your business will be awarded with Chula Points. Chula Points will automatically be added to a User’s balance in the app, only once the transaction is confirmed through the third-party vendor, ‘Plaid’, and determined to be a Qualifying Purchase under a reward offer’s terms. This process can take up to 10 business days and the Chula Points should appear in their Choose Chula account once the process is complete.
